English Electric Canberra

English Electric Canberra Aviation Art

The English Electric Canberra was Britain’s first operational jet bomber and became one of the RAF’s most adaptable post-war aircraft. Its performance and straightforward design led to numerous variants for bombing, photographic reconnaissance, training and specialist duties, as well as service with air forces around the world.

The Canberra remained in RAF service for decades, with the PR.9 reconnaissance variant continuing until 2006. JET Art Gallery’s Canberra collection includes limited edition prints depicting different variants, squadrons and operations, with selected editions signed by Canberra pilots and aircrew.
