Philip E. West’s Phantoms and the Ark Royal captures HMS Ark Royal recovering Phantoms returning from a Combat Air Patrol.

The carrier’s air group included 892 Naval Air Squadron Phantoms alongside Buccaneers, Gannets and Sea Kings, representing the Royal Navy’s large-deck carrier aviation capability of the period.

All editions are signed and numbered by Philip E. West and include a Certificate of Authenticity and biographies of the signatories.

The Artist Remarque Edition and Artist Studio Collection additionally carry the signatures of Phantom aircrew David Braithwaite, Neville Featherstone and Peter Rickard, with their roles retained above.
